Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly identifiable, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier or to one or more specific physical, physiological, genetic, psychological elements, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

4. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. Lawful reason for processing personal data

1. The lawful reason for processing personal data is the performance of a contract between you and the controller under Article 6(1)(a) of the Treaty. (hereinafter referred to as "Performance of the Contract") - the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract whose to which you are a party the data subject, or for the performance of measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject that data subject.

2. IV. Data retention period

1. The controller stores personal data

   • In the case of an enquiry, we only manage the personal data contained in the form for the purpose of reply or to deal with your enquiry or request /only for the duration of the contract negotiations/ no longer than 1 year after your of your enquiry, unless you consent to further processing.

   • In the case of an order for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and the exercise of claims arising from these contractual relations (for a period of 15 years from the termination contractual relationship).

   • For as long as consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of for marketing, if the personal data is processed on the basis of consent.

2. After the expiry of the retention period, the controller shall delete the personal data.

V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)

1. Recipients of personal data are persons:

   • Providing web/e-shop services (Alexandr Zlesák, DiS. - AZ Computers, ID No. 70163278) and other services in connection with the operation of the website/eshop.

   • The personal data of the Data Subject may be used for the purposes of the proper performance of the contract provided to the provider delivery services, and to persons providing legal, accounting and IT services to the controller services in the interest of ensuring the proper performance of the obligations laid down by generally binding legal acts regulations. The controller shall not have in intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to a third country, an international organisation or to others than the above to third parties other than those mentioned above.

VI. Your rights

1. Under the terms of the GDPR, you have

   • the right of access to your personal data under Article 15 of the GDPR,

   • právo na opravu osobních údajů dle čl. 16 GDPR, popřípadě omezení zpracování dle čl. 18 GDPR,

   • the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR,

   • právo vznést námitku proti zpracování dle čl. 21 GDPR a

   • právo na přenositelnost údajů dle čl. 20 GDPR.

VII. Personal Data Security Terms and Conditions

1. The Administrator declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to security of personal data.

3. The controller declares that only persons authorised by it have access to the personal data.

VIII. Final Provisions

1. By sending an order from the online order form or an inquiry from online request form form, you confirm that you are aware of the privacy policy and that it is in in its entirety You accept the entirety of the Privacy Policy.

2. The administrator is entitled to change these conditions. The new version of the Privacy Policy shall be published on its website.

These terms and conditions take effect on 01.01.2023.
